Chocolate Crackles
Ingredients:
- 250g Kremelta (or vegetable shortening)
- 4 cups Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup Icing Sugar (sifted)
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 cup Coconut
Method:
- Melt the Kremelta following the instructions on the packet.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin tins or paper patty cases, and put in the fridge to set.
