Our Vision is about where we want to go – the end result. The benefits are there for us all, children, families, communities and employees.
Nurture is here for the long term, providing a great workplace, employing experienced leaders and providing our children, families and Home Educators with excellent service. We believe in providing an excellent Early Childhood Education service and in looking after one another in the process.

The Nurture team provides a positive option for children to be cared for and educated in a 'family' environment, by a supportive, caring and consistent Home Educator. The experiences offered by a well supported Home Educator will have a positive influence on the child's life and their learning.
We understand that 'Learning' is the critical key to success in life and that learning is life-long. Children, who feel valued and treasured by those around them, are able to develop to their full potential and ultimately make a positive contribution to society.
We will partner with parents and educators to encourage each child to develop their potential, by providing an outstanding community and family focused, Early Childhood Service.

We are respectful of differing cultures and beliefs and as an organisation we value, appreciate, and encourage open communication between all parties – children, parents and guardians, Whānau, Home Educators, Mentoring Teachers and Management.
We respect Te Tiriti o Waitangi and recognise the three official languages of New Zealand being Maori, English and New Zealand Sign language.
